No, we currently do not ship internationally. Only shipping in the UK

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

There are two ways in which you can pay for your products.

1)PayPal

2) Bank Transfer: to do this you will need to make sure that your Order ID is in the reference when you send the payment 

What is a Direct Bank Transfer?

This is when you send money from your account to another account via bank transfer. This can be done via your bank app or your bank website.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes buying online is very safe everything is done securely

How do I place an Order?

You need to add the products you want to your basket. Once you have finished your shopping, Click on the basket. It will give you the option to view the basket or checkout. Once your click on checkout, fill out your information and select your payment option. Follow the instructions for the payment options whether it’s PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel an order change an order please email touchandteaseuk@gmail.com with the order number in the subject title. This must be done within 24 hours of the payment of your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

At this current moment, there is no way to track the order. You will get a confirmation email from us, letting you know that your order has been sent.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you need to return a product, please send an email to touchandteaseuk@gmail.com with the order number in the subject. In the main message please state: 

Your name
The name of the product
The reason you are returning it

Without this information, we will not be able to process a refund.
Please note we do not accept returns of used toys or lingerie
